Refund policy

We know you will love your new purchase!

In the event that your purchase is not suitable or are the incorrect size we will happily exchange or refund your order as long as it is in 14 days of delivery.

No refunds or exchanges on jewellery, bags or sunglasses unless faulty.

Please note - we will not refund or exchange sale items unless faulty.

You must notify Deberella Shoes within 48 hours of receiving your goods and should be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving them.

 You will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item/s to Deberella Shoes.  Deberella Shoes will not be liable for or refund the cost of postage on the original order unless the item is faulty.

Items must not have been worn, used or tags removed and must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

Deberella Shoes reserves the right to deny refunds and store credits if the items returned do not meet these requirements.
